ReMedium Presents Remitox at AMWC Latin America 2025

Medellín, Colombia — October 2025. ReMedium has marked a significant milestone in its development with the international introduction of Remitox, its Botulinum Toxin Type A product, at the Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress Latin America (AMWC Latin America 2025), held 16–18 October 2025.

A Regulatory Foundation

The launch follows a critical regulatory achievement: ReMedium’s acquisition of the pharmaceutical license required for Remitox’s production. This authorization established the regulatory groundwork for the company to move forward with manufacturing and to prepare the product for its debut in the professional aesthetic medicine market.

“Securing the license was the foundation everything else was built on,”
the company noted, describing the milestone as the
starting point for a new stage in ReMedium’s growth.

Remitox 100U is a Botulinum Toxin Type A product, is manufactured based on the vacuum dehydration technology. Unlike traditional lyophilization, which can leave visible powder residue in a vial, this process is designed to leave no powder residue while supporting purity and uniformity and reducing the risk of denaturation. Convenient dilution and precise dosing are also part of the product’s design. These characteristics became part of the product story as Remitox moved from regulatory preparation into production and, ultimately, professional introduction.

And it directly reached dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, distributors, and other industry professionals — a chance for the international reach of the event to extend beyond a single market.

International Debut at AMWC Latin America 2025

ReMedium chose AMWC Latin America 2025 as the setting for Remitox’s international presentation to the Latin American market. Held in Medellín, Colombia, the congress brought together aesthetic medicine professionals for a scientific program covering injectable treatments, facial anatomy, botulinum toxin, regenerative medicine, and anti-aging care.

AMWC Latin America 2025 welcomed 2,500 in-person attendees from 53 countries, with participants from an additional 16 countries joining virtually. The event’s regional reach and strong professional attendance provided a fitting platform for introducing a newly licensed and produced Botulinum Toxin Type A solution to practitioners across Latin America.
